TORONTO WEST WELCOMES BACK COACH ED!
Coach Ed is rejoining the T-WEST family after successful careers with: Pakmen Volleyball and MAC clubs. During his earlier time with T-WEST he helped coach the Boys ’88 to an Eastern National Championships D1-T1 the club’s first. He brings a wealth of volleyball experience and holds full Level 2 certification in Indoor and Beach and is ‘trained’ Level 3 Technical. Recently he completed the Level 2 Evaluator program to help certify coaches for their Level 2 Certification. In addition, he holds his First Aid and AED certification along with specialized program in “Taping” sprains and strains.
Team effort and hard work are the corner stones for Coach Ed’s successful programs. Along with a strong emphasis understanding the game of volleyball, its strategies and tactics. Coach Ed also promotes strong academics for his athletes, which helps them continue to play for the post-secondary institutions of their choice. Many of his former athletes can be found playing in OUA, OCAA and Men’s National Team.

Coach Ed has coached Boy’s teams to:
- 4 National Indoor Championships (Division 1 tier 1) & 1 Bronze Medal (Division 1 tier 1).
- 1 National Beach Championship (Division 1 Tier 1) & 1 Bronze Medal (Division 1 tier 1)
- 4 Ontario Provincial Championships (Division 1 Tier 1)
- 2 Silver Medals in USA Bid tournaments (Division 1)
Since 2008, Coach Ed has been working with SEYA recreation program putting on training sessions in both: Indoor & Beach Volleyball for inner city youth. He has also been the President of Region 5 and an OVA Board Member
